$5,000 CASH GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Overall Air Pty Ltd (ABN 98 696 145 445), Perth, Western Australia.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on Thursday, 5 November 2026 at 12:00 AM AWST and closes on Saturday, 27 February 2027 at 11:59 PM AWST, unless all 5,000 entries have been allocated earlier.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Perth metropolitan residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, directors and their immediate family members of Overall Air Pty Ltd are excluded.

4. How to Enter

Purchase any air conditioner through Overall Air during the promotional period to receive one entry per air conditioner purchased.

Purchasing two air conditioners qualifies for two entries. No additional entry fee applies. Air conditioners are sold at their normal advertised or quoted prices.

5. Entry Limit

A maximum of 5,000 entries are available across the entire promotion.

Entries are allocated in the order qualifying purchases are confirmed. Once all 5,000 entries have been allocated, no further entries will be issued. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

6. Prize Details

One winner will receive $5,000 AUD cash. The total prize pool is $5,000 AUD. The prize is not transferable.

7. Live Prize Draw

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries during a live broadcast on Overall Air's official Facebook page.

Entrants do not need to watch the live broadcast to win.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced during the live Facebook draw and contacted directly using the contact details provided at purchase.

Proof of identity, age, Perth residency and qualifying purchase may be required.

9. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw

The original winner must claim the prize by 11:59 PM AWST on Sunday, 28 March 2027.

If the prize remains unclaimed, the original winning entry will be excluded and a new winner randomly selected from the remaining valid entries.

The redraw will take place on Monday, 29 March 2027 at 5:00 PM AWST, live on Overall Air's official Facebook page.

The redrawn winner will receive the same $5,000 AUD cash prize, subject to verification and applicable law.

10. Prize Payment

The prize will be paid to the verified winner by electronic bank transfer or another mutually agreed lawful payment method.

11. Entry Verification and Refunds

Overall Air Pty Ltd may verify purchases and entry eligibility. Entries associated with cancelled or fully refunded purchases before the draw will be invalidated. Fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, notify the winner and arrange prize payment, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

14. General Conditions

The promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Western Australian laws. Overall Air Pty Ltd will retain required promotion records and obtain any necessary regulatory approvals for amendments.
